‘The Blacklist’ season 2 spoilers: Where is Tom Keen in fall finale ‘The Decemberist’?

In just a matter of a few short days, the end of the fall portion of “The Blacklist” season 2 will be here. Is this a time to be sad? Probably, but maybe this will also be a chance for the show to sort itself out. We haven’t been the biggest fan of the past few episodes, and feel like the whole “Liz is keeping Tom prisoner” bit runs the risk of being shark-jumping.

Regardless of our opinion about that, though, the show must go on, and the first photo that we have here for Monday’s “The Decemberist” does feature Tom out on the open … sort of. It does look like Liz may be driving the car, and Ressler seems more than keen on roughing Ryan Eggold’s character up a little bit.

With all of this being said, there is not a single shred of evidence in here when it comes to why in the world Liz thought it would be a good idea to allow Tom to roam around. Why? It’s not. It’s a terrible idea. The more chances that you give this guy to breathe, the more likely it is that he is going to completely screw you over. He’s very good at running away, and he could do so here. (Hopefully, he also gets a chance to run to a razor very soon, as well.)

Whatever happens here on the show, you better hope that it does enough to satisfy you for a while. The next new episode of the show will not air until after the Super Bowl, and then the show will shift over to Thursday nights against “Scandal.”
