‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2 spoilers: Katia Winter on Katrina’s new strategy

Is Katrina Crane really someone that you want to trust on “Sleepy Hollow“? It’s a worthy question! She may be on the side of Ichabod and Abbie, but at the same time, we’re going to see some situations where she proves yet again that she really operates using her own agenda some of the time. As you would expect, that is going to lead to some problems for the rest of the cast.

Speaking per TVLine, Katia Winter makes it clear that one of the particular problems you can see coming up is Katrina’s decision to act like she is closer to her father Jeremy (a.k.a. Mr. Terrible at the moment) in a way to play him. As you would expect, not everyone is going to completely sign off on this idea:

“[She] pretends to be [on his side] for a little bit. She wants to get close to him so he can come back to her and Ichabod … That causes a big rift between her and Abbie, because Abbie obviously sees him as a big threat.”

In the end, all we really hope for when it comes to the Katrina storyline this year is that she finds her place in the present-day landscape of the show. As for the subject of who Ichabod should be with romantically in the end, we’re torn. He has more chemistry with Abbie, but at the same time, seeing her do anything while a married man would make him completely unlikable. It’s a delicate balance.
