‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ spoilers: First Matt Bomer photo!

There are quite a few reasons to be looking forward to the next new episode of “American Horror Story: Freak Show,” but one of the biggest ones for Wednesday may be getting the chance to see Matt Bomer for the first time on the show!

The actor and frequent Ryan Murphy collaborator will be appearing Wednesday in a role that is still somewhat-secretive. All we know right now, per Out Magazine, is that the actor will play a character who works alongside Dell (Michael Chiklis) and Dandy, and the photo below via the website seems to place him within the trailer that was basically the Batcave for our show’s signature villain at the moment in Twisty the Clown.

We are still thrilled about this ultimately, even if there isn’t a whole lot of information out there about Bomer’s role, and mostly for one simple reason: It’s another high-quality guest star! While you can at times have too much of a good thing when it comes to a massive cast, we haven’t felt just yet like the show is stuffing too many people in. The only other guest stars we know of for sure moving forward are Gabourey Sidibe, who will be playing a character tied to the late maid murdered by Dandy, and also Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka for roles that will be near the end of the series

Granted, there are probably way more surprises in story for us that are completely in the dark … we’ll just have to wait and see.
