‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ episode 5 preview: Are Bette and Dot in serious trouble?

Well, we now understand completely why the next new episode of “American Horror Story: Freak Show” is going to be titled “Pink Cupcakes.” Basically, this is a reference to the extremely demented Stanley, who is coming to Jupiter, Florida with one simple goal: Trying to ruin the lives (and take the lives) of as many people as possible to add to his museum of horrors.

This could begin with Bette and Dot, as he has injected some special cupcakes for the two to eat. Take a look at the promo below, and be somewhat horrified.

With this being said, we do have a very hard time at the moment believing that we are going to see the end of Sarah Paulson on the show so soon. Just think about it for a minute. She is such a prominent addition to the cast, and has appeared in almost every episode of each season of the show. While you can kill off a character like Twisty the Clown early, John Carroll Lynch is not so much a cornerstone to the franchise (even if we do very much like him).

If nothing else, rest assured that Dandy Mott is not going to be quiet after showcasing the true extent of his murderous ways. Also, be prepared for Denis O’Hare and Emma Roberts to make much more of an impact that they have on the series so far.

Also, be on the lookout for Matt Bomer. As we have already reported, the “White Collar” star will be making his first appearance on the show very soon … and may have some interaction with his former “The Normal Heart” co-star Finn Wittrock.
