‘Homeland’ season 4, episode 4 preview: Carrie and Quinn’s night moves

Homeland -It may not seem like we are three episodes into “Homeland” season 4 right now, but that is the truth. We are already a quarter of the way through Carrie’s story in the Middle East.

So far, let’s just say that she has certainly gotten what she has bargained for and then some since leaving behind Turkey, and it certainly feels much more like the show that we originally came to love.

With all of this being said, doesn’t anyone else feel like we are setting up for another series Carrie fall? She is doing a great job at being a cutthroat agent at the moment, but she is doing a terrible job when it comes to being a person. She is disconnected, quick to enrage, and despite getting a comfort back in Saul, she is still constantly on the age.

Not only that, is she getting a little too close to an asset? You may think so out of context while watching the promo below, but this isn’t a Brody situation all over again. This is Carrie’s attempt at being seductive, which is probably going to be the worst trick in her spy arsenal. She’s much better at playing either serious, scary, or somehow a combination of both, depending on what the situation calls for.

All we can hope, at least for the time being, is that this big episode of “Homeland” has everything that we’re hoping for, and then a few shockers that we never saw coming. We already had that within the two-part premiere.
