‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 7: Charlie Hunnam, Katey Sagal, more hit up premiere

In just a matter of a few short days, the final season of “Sons of Anarchy” will finally be upon us. Isn’t this a reason for great celebration? We like to think so, given how long we have waited and also how great some of our expectations are at this point for the rest of the story.

Before we come to that point, though, there is another big event that we must discuss: The premiere party! The show held a red-carpet event in Los Angeles Saturday night, and most of the important cast members were in attendance. Charlie Hunnam took some photos with his onscreen mom Katey Sagal, while newcomers to the show, including Lea Michele, Marilyn Manson, and Courtney Love, were also all present.

The final season has a very difficult goal for itself, and that is trying to ultimately find a way to tie together so many years of good storytelling. The show has created for itself an incredible mythology, and also dozens of characters that will be remembered. The only downside of that is that it means that there are so many more loose ends to tie up than you would otherwise see. This is probably why you can expect to see a good many of the episodes this coming season to go back the traditional hour runtime that we typically see for cable drama series.
