‘Downton Abbey’ season 5: See Michelle Dockery get in on ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

Well, it looks like the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge does still have a little life left to it, after all. This internet sensation has slowed down over the past few days, but not because of the fact that people just suddenly stopped being interested. Instead, it’s more of a cause of most of the big names out there having already done it. You even have challenges being thrown out to people who did it a long time ago.

The latest name that you can add to the list, though? Michelle Dockery. The “Downton Abbey” star filmed her video alongside three shirtless men, just to give you that extra reason to watch if you’re into that sort of thing (i.e. you watch “The Bachelor”).

The most impressive thing here is of course that there are so many people who are willing to forgo whatever public embarrassment to give to a cause that so needs their money, even still after so much as been donated. Whether you are looking at ALSA, Project ALS, or another charity, they are all very good causes.

Of course, to us it is even more impressive when we see people take part in the challenge who are not even that present in the world of social media, like Dockery or recently Benedict Cumberbatch. This really shows that they do keep in touch with what is going on in the world, even if they do still care for and appreciate a certain level of privacy to go along with it.
