‘Under the Dome’ season 2, episode 10 preview: Big Jim’s next move in ‘The Fall’

Tonight on “Under the Dome,” there was actually some great news to share for a change in that Big Jim finally had something interesting to do! It was a long time coming, but the story regarding Junior and the egg set the stage for some very cool things to come with him.

Just in case that wasn’t enough, you also have some other drama now when it comes to his wife Pauline. Next week’s installment is entitled “The Fall,” and in the synopsis below via CBS, you can get at least a partial idea of what to expect from the hour as a whole:

“Big Jim finally learns the shocking truth about what really happened to his wife, Pauline, when they are reunited. Meanwhile, climate change poses a new threat to Chester’s Mill.”

So really, this episode is one of those attempting to give you the “best of both worlds.” While you are going to have a pretty solid story that continues the main story, especially for one of the show’s central characters, there will also be another one that touches a little bit further on what happens with yet another issue that comes to pass within the town. There is a certain part of us that wonders when these random crises will stop, but at the same time, we’re starting to feel like they never will. This is just in the fabric of the show at this point, for better or for worse.

There are only a few episodes left now, so you better prepare for a crazy ride.
