‘Big Brother 16’ live feed spoilers: Official nominations, a look ahead
The Nomination Ceremony is now over on “Big Brother 16” for the week, and you better prepare now to take an enormous yawn: Absolutely nothing of interest happened if you’ve been following the show.
With Cody in power, he of course went along with the plan to put up both Nicole and Donny on the block for eviction. Derrick is basically Cody’s puppetmaster, and he told him that doing anything else would be a terrible move for his game.
Are we preparing for a very dull week? Possibly, but not necessarily given that we can count a number of times in the past where someone has made a big move at the last second, or because of circumstances. Take, for example, a situation where Donny wins the Veto, and Cody and Derrick decide that Nicole isn’t really a huge threat to them. Maybe they utilize this as an opportunity to get Frankie out of the game, who could be a major problem for them down the line. With him gone, Caleb and Christine are stragglers that can be picked up easier. The only downside is that you run the risk of Christine trying to work with Nicole again.
We do feel like the entire plan to do anything exciting this week hinges on Donny winning the Veto. It feels like everyone is so worried about him right now that he is about as big of a threat as anyone else, and Cody doesn’t strike us as a risk-taker at all. He’s more of the sort to just complain and regret things after the fact. (We’ve already seen that once this season.)
We’ll be back mostly likely in the morning with scoop from the house overnight, unless of course something big and unexpected happens. You can click here to see our interview from earlier with Zach, or here to get more scoop on everything we cover via our CarterMatt Newsletter.

I hope as many as Christine has lied to Nicole that Nicole doesn’t believe any of her promises. If she does then she deserves to be voted out again.

I hope that Nicole can win the veto, otherwise this was a complete waste of a twist.

Go Donny go! Win that veto!
