‘Doctor Who’ season 8: How to live stream show’s world tour
As we reported earlier in the week, “Doctor Who” is now officially getting ready to kick off its world tour, which is one of the most exciting and ambitious things that we’ve seen a show do. After all, who else would be so crazy-ambitious as to take their cast all over the world in the span of a few short days? Let’s hope that Jenna Coleman and Peter Capaldi know how to sleep on airplanes, and that they also can handle a little bit of jetlag.
In the video below, the BBC makes it clear that from the official “Doctor Who” YouTube channel, you are going to have the opportunity to watch all of the premiere events take place. This includes one in South Korea, one in Australia, one in Mexico City, and then one in Brazil. What is somewhat surprising is that there is no particular stop on this world tour in America, given the popularity of the show there even more so than some of the locales mentioned here.
Nevertheless, this should be a great deal of fun to watch play out, given how prepared Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman are for what awaits them. Taking to press can be a pretty exhausting affair. Even when you want to be nice and answer questions with respect, it’s difficult to be asked the same ones again and again, especially when a language barrier complicates things even more.
