‘Mistresses’ season 2 spoilers: April and a mystery man revealed

While it may have took “Mistresses” a few weeks this season to really get revved up to the point where there were exciting things happening almost around every turn, we’re now just about at that point now.

With that in mind, we’re going to hop into our time machine for about eight days, and give you some preliminary details now for the episode airing on Monday, August 11. The name here for this installment is “Charades,” which you can perceive in two very different ways. Either you can perceive this as a simple game that people tend to enjoy playing, or something that is far more sinister and signifying trouble coming up around the bend.

Unfortunately, the synopsis below doesn’t tip its hat too much in one direction or the other, other than at least saying that there will be some big stories ahead for April and Savi in particular. Take a look below:

“April learns the identity of the man who has been stalking her (guest star Jason Gray-Stanford). Karen blurs doctor-patient boundaries when she offers a helping hand to Anna, Toni’s hidden agenda becomes clear and has a devastating impact on Savi and Dom and when Scott takes Joss home to meet his big, extended family, Harry plants some seeds of doubt that she might not measure up.”

To us, admittedly one of the biggest adjustments is simply going to be trying to find a way to see Gray-Stanford as something other than his character Randy Disher on “Monk.” (Also, we should say that we still miss “Monk.”)
