‘Hart of Dixie’ season 4: Birthday fun with Cress Williams on set
It’s pretty easy to see that the entire “Hart of Dixie” cast loves Cress Williams. After all, we have some video evidence to prove it!
In the Instagram clip below via Williams’ co-star Scott Porter (George), you can see much of the cast and crew singing “Happy Birthday” to the actor from the Los Angeles set. It’s a pretty rowdy atmosphere, and also what looks to be a pretty fun one. We know that sometimes it can be pretty depressing to work on your birthday, but it certainly doesn’t seem like a rough time for Cress.
When it comes to “Hart of Dixie” season 4, the sad news here is mostly just that you’re going to be waiting for a long time for it to come on the air. There’s no premiere date this fall, and we’re thinking early 2015 is when the 10 episodes that are being filmed now will air. They are being done at the moment to accommodate Rachel Bilson, who is expecting her first child.
As for what could be coming for Williams’ Lavon Hayes, we see a battle coming between him and Porter’s George for Lemon, based on what we saw in the finale. While this story could go a variety of different ways, we’re happy with it just so long as it stays silly and fun. The last thing we want to see from it is for it to become basically the same exact thing that is on every other CW show right now. Luckily, we don’ think that will happen given the tone of this show.
