Next week on PBS you are going to see Patience season 2 episode 7 officially arrive — why not set the stage further for what is ahead?

As you would expect with this particular situation, there is of course a lot to be excited about here — and yet, we have to begin with a reminder that we are not going to get complete closure to every single story as of yet. The plan here is for the finale to air in early August and through that we anticipate that a handful of stories that begin here will not wrap up until we get around to that point. It is fairly common, after all, to do two-part storylines at this point, even if these plots are more secondary than the standard case of the week.

To get a few more details as to what is ahead, go ahead and check out the full Patience season 2 episode 7 synopsis below:

A monk is found dead, kneeling in prayer. Patience and Frankie investigate and secrets surface at the monastery. Meanwhile, Patience finds herself on stage as the face of City of York police and starts rethinking her decision about Elliot.

Just based on almost everything that we are getting at the moment, it does feel like one major part of the story here is going to be all about how someone like Patience handles being under this sort of microscope, especially since it is not an altogether easy thing to handle. You are going to be forced to wrestle with what everyone things about her and in the end, we know that this is not the sort of job that she thought she would be signing up for. That brings in a number of unique challenges, no?
