‘Switched at Birth’ season 3, episode 18 preview: How do Bay and Tank meet again?

Do you want to see the definition right now of “awkward moment”? We imagine that you really do not have to look a whole lot further then the sneak peek below for Monday night’s all-new “Switched at Birth” episode.

Let’s lay out the situation here as follows: Toby, knowing that Tank is desperate for a place to stay, comes up with an agreement for the two to live together. The video starts with the two establishing the “ground rules,” which include the old sock-on-the-door trick that has been done for about as long as young guys have lived together

However, things take a turn for the “oh, boy” when Tank answers the door, thinking that it is pizza, and finds his ex Bay standing there instead. This is going to be a very hard thing for Toby to suddenly explain now, and this may be one of the many driving forces behind the episode.

Now that we’ve said all of this, we are glad that Tank is back on the show. We like Bay and Emmett together the most, but we’ve always been a Max Adler fan and we’re glad that there is a new way now to incorporate this character. Granted, we’re also pretty darn sure that there are some other there (namely Bay) who are not anywhere near as appreciative. Hopefully, there can be a solution crafted here to please all parties.
