‘Big Brother 16’ live feed spoilers: Volunteers; Hayden and Nicole heat up

Are the people in the “Big Brother 16” house actually insane? There are some times right now where we start to legitimately wonder that. This vote has stirred everyone up, and caused them to want to do some nutty things that they probably would not have done in any other situation.

Take, for example, people randomly volunteering to be replacement nominees. Early in the night, it was Caleb who tried to get Cody to put him up against Brittany. Later on, it was Zach. He was eventually talked out of it by Derrick, but the fact that the idea was still in his head is crazy.

The reality here is that it makes way more sense for them to just put Donny on the block and allow him to possibly go home over Brittany than anything else. It’s too risky otherwise, and with Caleb starting to realize that Amber is playing him (only sometimes, though), he is a valuable person to keep around. She is starting to work more with the outsiders in the game.

As for some other news, Hayden and Nicole finally kissed in the house! This happened at around 12:30 a.m. or so Big Brother Time, and the two tried the whole “doing it under the covers so nobody notices bit” … which is always embarrassing in its own way. We actually thought for a while that it wasn’t going to get to the point where they made out in the house, mostly because Nicole knows what the editors can do with this on the show. In the end, we’ll blame this on Hayden eventually wearing her down with all the talk about it. The two haven’t really been targets yet for it, so they may be able to continuing flying under the radar even though they are a pair.
