‘True Blood’ season 7, episode 4 spoilers: Is there a new future for Holly, Andy?
While Holly and Sheriff Andy have never been two of the most-prominent “True Blood” characters, they have long obtained that coveted “fan favorite” status. Not only that, but their sometimes-romantic connection has been entertaining to watch, especially since Andy is not exactly someone who excels in the field of matters of the heart.
There may be a chance now, though, for the two parties to really make the commitment to their future (at least if they have a future) that they have long avoided. Considering that Holly just went through a near-death experience being locked up and the Sheriff has seen what life on the outside is like in this H-Vamp world, now may really be the time for the two of them to realize that it wouldn’t hurt to lock down a future.
Speaking on this matter in a new interview with TVLine, Lauren Bowles (who plays Holly) made it clear that the present circumstances for these characters does at least put her in a position where she starts to wonder about such things as marriage or a larger commitment to Andy:
“I do think that when you have this kind of life-or-death experience, it makes you want to live your life a little fuller, so perhaps that will be introduced into Holly’s personal life.”
We’ll just have to say where that story goes, but it is currently one of many couples in a state of flux. Sookie now longer has Alcide, and is therefore just lost to the wind. Meanwhile, Lafayette and James have grown closer, and that could in turn lead towards Jessica also being alone. The show only has six episodes to go after tonight ends to figure it out, so they’ll have to move fairly quickly.

I hope Sookie will at least kiss Eric for goodbye and will not be in stupid love with Bill which I hate. :)
