‘Chicago Fire’ season 3 spoilers: Check out the premiere title now!

“Chicago Fire” fans, it’s been a long summer. The writers have kept most future developments under wraps, save for the fact that there will be some more crossovers ahead (which you probably saw coming almost a mile away).

However, we can at least give you a little something today that we believe to be both pretty important and exciting: the title for the season premiere. According to a new report from SpoilerTV, the first episode back for the show is going to carry with it the title of “Always.” That’s not entire descriptive, is it? The only thing that is does signify is commitment and determination.

The risk with going with this title is that we feel like it’s a pretty iconic one over in the “Castle” universe, and that show is precisely what we thought of the moment that we first saw it on our screen. We’re assuming that there is some bleed-over of the two fanbases, so they will likely pick up on the same thing.

Still, we expect “Chicago Fire” to deliver on almost everything that they typically do with this new season, whether that means high-octane stakes, plenty of drama, and character development that stands the test of time. Severide’s personal life in particular is something we’re still excited to watch play out, mostly because of the fact here that you are looking at something that spans two separate shows.

“Chicago Fire” will return to TV on Tuesday, September 23, and it is going to maintain the same 10:00 p.m. Pacific timeslot that it’s had all this time.
