‘True Blood’ season 7, episode 1 video: A Deborah Ann Woll scene

The season 7 premiere of “True Blood” will be looking to cover the gamut when it comes to characters, and some of the stories involved. Therefore, it only seems appropriate that we would take a moment to revisit Jessica’s arrangement when the premiere picks up Sunday night.

As you recall from last season, the vampire (played by Deborah Ann Woll) felt a great sense of guilt over killing many of Sheriff Andy’s fairy children after developing a craving for their blood. Therefore, she has vowed to be the one to protect both him and the sole remaining daughter in Adilyn (Bailey Noble) at all costs … even though this is someone who she could very well develop a similar craving for the in the future.

Ultimately, this is the subject that the video preview focuses on, and this is something that we are going to see Jessica deal with for most of this season. She has to figure out whether or not she is going to be able to deal with temptation, and also protect the Bellefleur family from the Hep-V invasion that is coming quickly. The show is wasting almost no time with this sequence coming up, mostly because they want the freedom to be able to move forward to some other events as we get near the grand finale. We don’t believe that anyone really wants the Big Bad for this season, after all, to be some ambiguous crew that is reminiscent in some ways of the vampire version of “The Walking Dead.”
