2014 Tony Awards: Lena Hall, Audra McDonald, ‘All the Way’ among winners

Tony Awards -Before we close the door on the 2014 Tony Awards tonight, there is still one other important item of business to attend to: Revealed the full list of winners from the show. We will updates this list periodically as we get to the end of the show, but some things to remember in here are that going into this, “Hedwig and the Angry Inch” was one of the big favorites, though “Aladdin” and “All the Way” were each also poised to do very well.

Some of these winners should feel pretty new to some of you who are strictly TV fans. Meanwhile, the others may at least ring somewhat familiar

Featured Actress in a Musical – Lena Hall, “Hedwig and the Angry Inch.” If you love emotional acceptance speeches, you probably really liked this one.

Director of a Musical – Darko Tresnjak, “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder.” The fact that Clint Eastwood was presenting was just as notable as anything.

Director of a Play – Kenny Leon, “A Raisin in the Sun.” Any revival of this play is worth appreciation.

Featured Actress in a Play – Sophie Okonedo, “A Raising in the Sun.”

Actor in a Play – Bryan Cranston, “All the Way.” Hopefully Heisenberg learns to sleep so that he can someday win an EGOT.

Best Play – “All the Way.” A big night for the show, no?

Featured Actor in a Musical – James Monroe Iglehart, “Aladdin”

Best Featured Actor in a Play – Mark Rylance, “Twelfth Night”

Lead Actor in a Musical – Neil Patrick Harris, “Hedwig and the Angry Inch”

Revival of a Musical – “Hedwig and the Angry Inch”
