‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5: Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale celebrate 100 episodes with big party

The cast of “Pretty Little Liars” has something pretty significant to celebrate this weekend, especially since this is something that few cable shows on ABC Family get the chance to do over: 100 episodes!

While in Los Angeles last night, the likes of Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell, and the rest of the cast got together for a red-carpet event to commemorate the big occasion. There was of course cake (a tradition for these 100 episode parties), and throughout the next week we’ll probably get some assorted quotes from the cast about what it was like getting to this point in the season.

It has already been revealed that this is roughly when Tyler Blackburn (Caleb) is going to return to the series, and will be doing so full-time the rest of the way now that “Ravenswood” as a series is over. Is it possible that there will be a little bit of closure when it comes to the spin-off? It’ll be considered, but we cannot see the network being that interested in dwelling on a show that is already off the air. There are some more pressing matters to attend to, including the identity of “A,” whether or not he or she can be stopped, and who is responsible for killing Alison’s mother and trying to kill Alison. It’s going to be a crazy season ahead, and it all starts with the June 10 premiere. The 100th episode is going to be a handful of hours into the show’s run.
