‘True Blood’ season 7 trailer: Stephen Moyer dominates; no Alexander Skarsgard
“True Blood” season 7 is really holding on to its secrets when it comes to Eric Northman. We’ve seen multiple trailers and synopses so far, but none of them have mentioned or shown Alexander Skarsgard at all.
If there is a silver lining with the latest trailer, though, it may be that you at least get a quick glimpse at Pam, and that you get more Bill Compton than you have to date on the show. Stephen Moyer’s characters seems to be back firmly now in season 1 form, which means threatening to do bad things to bad people. Also, we feel like his odds of suddenly having an endgame with Sookie Stackhouse are significantly higher, even if she is now in a relationship with Alcide. We wonder what would happen if she leaves him for Bill; will Alcide suddenly become a bad guy, and not make it through the season? You have to think that there’s at least going to be one or two more shocking deaths before things come to a close.
Also in this trailer, you get a chance to see more story play out for Lafayette, a quick Jason Stackhouse sighting, and Arlene being happy for a change (though we have a feeling this is not going to last). The new season premieres on Sunday, June 22, and it will play out for ten weeks. There’s a lot of story for the show to get through in that time, but our general feeling right now is that they are going to try and focus things in versus expand them outward with a billion characters.

Disgusting, They are hitting the re-set button with Bill. Nothing he does at this point will ever make up for all the terrible crap he has done to her. And although she is a moron, as she as written in the books, I had hoped better for her in the show. These two have now made it an ego fest. I like many others will not even bother to watch this bull. Buckner is pulling this season out of his massive bum, just like Harris did with the end books.

Well, I can’t wait to see it. I love this show and all of the characters in it.
