‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2 spoilers: Cat, Vincent, and a manhunt
What lies ahead now on “Beauty and the Beast” season 2? You may already be excited now about the show’s return to the air Monday with “Beast Is the New Black” (formerly known as “Arrested”), and we’ve got some of the first details now on the episode that is following that one up directly.
So what are we looking at here? This episode is entitled “Cat and Mouse,” which seems very appropriate given that at the center of this hour is going to be an extensive search for Vincent, who apparently found his way out of prison but not necessarily through legal means. The synopsis below seems to be proof of that and then some:
“When Vincent (Jay Ryan) becomes the subject of a city-wide manhunt, he and Cat (Kristin Kreuk) try to stay below the radar. They find a surprising ally when the FBI approaches them about helping on an important case.”
This certainly does sound exciting, and it also sounds like the show is wasting little to no time moving from one action-packed moment to the next. Any fan of the show has to be happy with that. There will most-likely be a sense of urgency in the final episodes this season to make them feel like the last ones of the series, even though we know now that the show is going to be back for a third season in what was one of the most-surprising renewals we have seen in some time. (However, the show is not currently scheduled for the fall.)
