‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: The quest to reclaim Queen Consolidated
Over the past week and a handful of days since “Arrow” season 2 came to a close, and we have asked ourselves many questions about what could be coming up ahead … and for the most part, there was a consistent theme in there throughout. We like talking about romance, heroes, and villains because these are all very tangible themes. It is easy to figure out where these discussion points are coming from, and where they could go in the future.
But what about Oliver’s company? The Queen Consolidated storyline is admittedly one of the least-flashy stories that the show brings to us. As a matter of fact, there are genuinely a few moments where it is understandable if you forget that the company is there in the first place.
As for season 3, it is going to be a little bit harder for everyone to forget that Oliver no longer has control over the great company that his father spearheaded for many years. As executive producer Marc Guggenheim tells TV Guide, quite a bit is going to be made out of his own personal efforts to try and get the establishment back:
“One of the themes of Season 3 is rebuilding … Getting Queen Consolidated back is a piece of it.”
It may sound crazy, but we would actually prefer to see Oliver without his company for a while. There is something interesting about the idea of a superhero without one of the things that makes him truly super, and that is the ability to do almost anything you want at any given opportunity. So many heroes have unlimited funds, and you now have to wonder whether or not Oliver can even buy arrows.

For a short time sure. I mean it’s like not he had his money when he was on the island, he can make arrows for all i care. But i’d rather he get the Company back at least before episode 10. And i want him to keep the Mansion. It just feels so cold w/o at least one Queen member in there.

I think it would be a great idea for season 3. I am looking forward to more episodes.
