‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Chris Harrison on Andi Dorfman ‘party crasher’

Get ready for some sort of crazy situation to unfold on “The Bachelorette” Monday. The show loves their drama, but since when has it come in the way that even the producers didn’t expect going into the show? This is apparently what happens on Monday night’s premiere, at least if you believe what the show’s host is saying now about a surprise “visitor” to the mansion.

Speaking to USA Today in a new interview, Harrison tried to explain the situation as best he could with the following quote:

“People might say, ‘Come on.’ We called all the producers in, like someone had pulled a fast one on all of us. I swear to you, everyone promised they had nothing to do with this … [But this] person knew where this was and had a knowledge of how we do things.”

There may be spoilers out there already about who this party-crasher is, but we traditionally like to keep this site spoiler-free. Therefore, the only thing that we are going to say about this is that it’s not hard to figure out that a former contestant, desperate for air time and the last bit of fame possible, is behind this. We can only hope that this blows up in their face in quite possibly the worst way possible, and we all have a very good time laughing about it.

The rest of Andi’s cast appears to be more genuine, even though it does include one element of tragedy as Eric Hill, who was eliminated at some point during the season prior to dying in a paragliding accident.
