‘True Blood’ season 7 spoilers: Many possibilities for returning favorites

Are you stocked for “True Blood” season 7 already? While we may still be over a month away from the HBO series’ big premiere date on June 22, we are here today with at least a little bit of news regarding some familiar faces that could turn up on the show at some point.

According to E! News, sources claim that in honor of this being the show’s final season, you can definitely expect there to be a number of familiar faces who turn up back in Bon Temps, including some who have been dead for some time. The outlet specifically spoke with Todd Lowe, who would neither confirm nor deny that there would be another appearance from Terry Bellefleur on the show moving forward.

As for who we would personally like to see back for another go-around, we have to say that Kevin Alejandro (Jesus) should be pretty high on the list, mostly because he is the only real love interest that we have gotten an opportunity to see Lafayette with over the course of the show’s run. Also, you can expect that Russell Edgington would be high atop many villain wish lists thanks to his big role in the past. Godric, Sookie’s dead relatives, and even Michael Raymond-James’ Rene have to all be considered possibilities in their own right.

More than anything else, though, we suppose that priority #1 needs to be ensuring that the living characters on the show all get the endings that they deserve. Without that, it will be hard to do anything else when it comes to the series.
