‘Teen Wolf’ season 3, episode 23 review: Crystal Reed’s Allison, Scott revelations, and death
Going into Monday night’s “Teen Wolf” episode, you had likely already heard all about how there was going to be a major character death. However, the mystery still remained as to who this person would be, and why.
The obvious guess coming into this episode was that the victim would be Dylan O’Brien’s Stiles, and mostly because he was the guy who has been floating around that for most of the second half of this season. He has been cursed in a way, and sometimes death is a sweet release. After that, Lydia was a good guess based on what we saw from her at the start of the episode.
But alas, the person who actually did pass this week was Allison, and the moment caught us completely by surprise as an Oni spirit took her out during what was a massive fight that we saw at the tail end of the episode. As if this wasn’t enough to have you bawling, these final words probably didn’t help matters: “It’s perfect … I’m in the arms of my first love. The first person I’ve ever loved, the person I’ve always loved. I love you Scott McCall.”
Wow. It’s hard to really focus in on anything else after this, especially since the Allison / Isaac moments don’t really matter now, and while Scott had a key revelation when it comes to his dad, it’s hard to process that. We suppose that now, we really just have to look ahead to what could be a crazy finale that will have a hard time topping this. (We’ll have a preview for it soon up here.) Grade: A- (for breaking our heart)

AHHHH why Allison?! If you really wanted to kill someone off, kill Isaac dang it! I didn’t really want her to end up with Scott again after they introduced Kira, but freaking A teen wolf. Allison was my second favorite character!

im really sad and mad.like i was in love with the isaac and allison thing, and then she go die and say im in the arms of my first love like no.teen wolf just took my heart and stabbed it, stomped on it, ran over it and threw it some where.i have never been so emotionally attached with a show and characters.hopefully some way she comes back.if she does, word of advise dont be the predictable show and have her get back with scott and then the show ends. let her be with the more surprising choice, which is isaac. like dont go bella and edward on us people. #teamjacob
