‘Arrow’ season 2 spoilers: More details on the Huntress, ‘Birds of Prey’
Is “Arrow” ever killing it this season when it comes to the big episodes? We like to think so. Just think about this for a minute: We’ve just had a pretty huge episode in “The Promise,” and the show has to figure out if there is a way at all to top that. Their next attempt will be with “Suicide Squad,” and that looks like an amazing collection of memorable characters and villains.
This story brings back the Huntress (Jessica de Gouw) after some time away, and also is going to bring together her and Sara Lance for what could be one heck of a fight that brings these two members of the Birds of Prey together. It really is perfect that this episode decided to go with such a name.
Want to get more on it? Then just take a look at the synopsis for this installment below:
“When Frank Bertinelli (guest star Jeffrey Nordling) is arrested, Oliver (Stephen Amell) knows it’s only a matter of time before his daughter, Helena, AKA The Huntress (guest star Jessica De Gouw), returns to town. To make matters worse, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) is picked to try Frank’s case, putting her right in the path of Helena. Oliver tells Sara (Caity Lotz) he will handle his ex-girlfriend, but when Helena takes hostages at the courthouse, including Laurel, the Canary will stop at nothing to save her sister. When The Huntress and Canary meet, an epic battle begins. Meanwhile, Roy (Colton Haynes) realizes he needs to keep Thea (Willa Holland) safe, but doesn’t like the way he is forced to go about it.”
