ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 3: A new message via Bellamy Young

Ready to get some more great coverage of the road ahead on “Scandal“? Well, we do have a new video below featuring Bellamy Young below that is another new teaser to remind you of one simple thing: The show is going to be back on ABC with all-new episodes starting up on Thursday, February 27.

What we know about the arc for Young’s Mellie character is this: There are some crazy things coming up. Remember, after all, what we learned about her over the first half of the season; the fact that one of her recently-cast children may be the son of Fitz’s father is not to be forgotten. On a more positive note, also remember that there is a new love interest for her on the way. For the first time, Mellie may actually have a chance to be happy, and do so without having to rely so much on Fitz in order to do so.

One final note when it comes to the show before we wrap up this piece: Today ABC did reveal the official synopsis for the show’s next episode entitled “Ride Sally Ride,” but there was nothing in it that we had not already reported. Will the ratings be hurt by the long layoff here? We really wouldn’t be too shocked if there is at least a dent in it, but you also have to remember that in the end, the series really was still better off waiting until after the Olympics.
