‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2 spoilers: First look at ‘Southland’ alum
Monday night’s new episode of “Beauty and the Beast” is going to do more than just provide us a great story regarding a kidnapping, and Cat and Vincent potentially trying to work together for a change after some weeks of near-constant tension.
But is there going to be something else surprising on this episode? Well, you are also going to see some notable guest stars along for the ride. In the photo below (via The Hollywood Reporter), you can get a first look at “Southland” alum Tom Everett Scott, who is going to be guest-starring as a mysterious man named Sam. He is an archaeologist who has spent quite an extensive span of time in isolation, and has some sort of history with FBI Agent Dana London (Elisabeth Rohm).
Hopefully, Scott’s appearance and his profession could end up allowing us to have some more insight into what exactly the origins are of the necklace that we were recently exposed to. There have been suggestions that Cat’s history is in some way tied to the world of the beasts, and that is something that we would love to see explored so much more than we have already. This could be a part of the equation of how Jay Ryan’s character may be tied to the world of Kristin Kreuk’s leading lady in a way that we have not quite seen in full already.
