‘The Crazy Ones’ spoilers: See Robin Williams, cast go cat crazy

There is a little bit of a theme that comes to episodes of “The Crazy Ones“: A new product is introduced for the characters to try to promote, and then the entire advertising office becomes a showcase of that very thing.

But what happens when that very product is … cat food? That is what this upcoming episode is going to look at as they deal with an office that has run amok with kitties. Also, someone is going to apparently eat the cat food!

All of this looks pretty funny, and the show has been on a sort of winning streak as of late. However, at the same time we still find ourselves asking for much more. What “Parks and Recreation,” another single-camera comedy set at a workplace, has pulled off so well is showing off some longer storylines that give the characters more to do and focus on more than just the standard client or issue of the week. If “The Crazy Ones” became somewhat more like “Mad Men” in that respect, it could rise in the power rankings somewhat in order to be one of the best comedies on all of TV.

The only other thing that we wish this promo showed off? More of the episode, but that is just from a selfish point of view. These promos are so short! When a good chunk of it is spent watching a cat and reminding you that Robin Williams is on the show, it feels so much shorter than it would have otherwise.
