Post-Thanksgiving TV: Are ‘Revenge,’ ‘Family Guy,’ and ‘Once Upon a Time’ new tonight?

Take a look -For those of you looking for answers to some of your top TV questions, we like to think that we’ve got them for you here in both the good and bad variety. While the vast majority of TV has gotten back to normal now following the insane week of Thanksgiving-themed programming, there are still some repeats scattered through here that may be great for you to know in advance.

CBS – Everything is new! But, there will be at least 30 minutes on NFL-related delays, and possibly more depending on how long this afternoon’s showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos goes. We’ll have at least one report on this later in the context of “The Mentalist,” which is also the only show that could get feasibly preempted if the NFL runs extremely late for some reason.

ABC – You have a new “Once Upon a Time” episode, but that’s it. A Hallmark Hall of Fame movie is airing after that for those who still watch those, and “Revenge” and “Betrayal” are going to be back next week.

NBC – There’s football on as always, just as there will be until the end of the year.

Fox – This is probably the strangely lineup of the night, and these tend to happen at least once a year. There are no new episodes of “The Simpsons” or “Family Guy,” which is tough news for those of you who wish that you would get more information about Brian Griffin tonight. (Seth MacFarlane is tormenting you.) However, there are new episodes of “Bob’s Burgers” and “American Dad” that are probably not going to post very good ratings, given that they are each coming on after repeats.

The rest of the month of December is going to be at times confusing, so when there are more nights that present this sort of network hodgepodge, just be sure to come here for more details.
