‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Porsha Stewart’s living situation

Is Porsha Stewart on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” ever going to figure out just what she wants to do with her life? That’s what we have to wonder going into the new episode airing tonight on Bravo. She has spent her time since the split for Kordell at her mother’s house, even though she has the money to move out and live somewhere on her own.

But the real question that Porsha has to ask herself right now is this: Is she actually ready to live on her own? While she may feel more prepared now than she did a few weeks ago, for example, she still loves being around her mother, who can help to care for her during what has got to be one of the most difficult times of her life.

The preview video below features Porsha getting a tour of a new home that by all intensive purposes should be great. But instead, she’s dealing with all sorts of nagging issues related to how she likes where she is now. This is going to be her central conflict tonight, and something that she could become transfixed on, if she’s not careful about it.

At this point personally, though, we just want to see Porsha on her own and moving forward … but that’s easier said than done. Depressing TV is not always easy to watch, even though it does put the “real” into “Real Housewives of Atlanta” than the ladies just fighting over random insults or lavish parties. Porsha’s best when she is with the group, just as Kenya Moore and Cynthia Bailey are. Right now, we contend that Phaedra Parks and NeNe Leakes are the only two ladies on the show that we enjoy watching on their own just as much as we like to watch them as a group.
