‘Supernatural’ season 9, episode 8 preview: Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki on ‘chastity’

And now, we present to you the “Supernatural” sneak peek that is going to leave a good many women and men out there extremely on edge for the rest of the week. Just in case you did not thing that Tuesday’s episode “Rock and a Hard Place” was entertaining enough in theory, all you have to do is find out just how Sam and Dean act when faced with the new, surprising circumstance associated with the case.

The situation here comes as follows: After reuniting with Sheriff Mills, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are sent undercover on a mission to try to figure out what is going on in some sort of secret society of born-again virgins. This feels almost like this past season of “The Bachelor” on acid. The setting of the preview below seems to be some sort of circle meeting, where Dean then describes the experience of having sex. We don’t think that there is really anything else that we can say here to try to describe it.

But are these two really going to be able to stay chaste in the middle of their mission? That’s a good question, but at least the two have each other to try and stay focused on the task. We also wonder whether or not the show is going to go the entire episode without really being able to get in a few good jabs about this sort of lifestyle. It is a different part of the world than what they typically explore, and that makes for an interesting perspective.
