‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 6 finale spoilers: What is the title?

The latest -For those of you who are episode title fanatics, we can at least tell you now the names for all of the remaining episodes in this “Sons of Anarchy” season. We’ve covered a couple of them before, but now that we have the title for finale (which airs on December 10) to go along with it, it feels a little more like we have a complete package of spoilers to discuss. (Don’t worry, there is nothing inside that will actually give away the plot.)

Tonight’s episode, as you probably know already, goes by the title of “Huang Wu.” By and large, the reasoning behind this one is still somewhat of a mystery. There are just too many allusions to the words “Huang Wu” out there in pop culture for it to be specifically clear as to what Kurt Sutter and company are looking to showcase within this hour of TV.

But what is coming up after this? There are still three episodes after this, and with the exception if the week of thanksgiving (which is understandably a repeat so that folks can go and travel during the Thanksgiving holiday, the rest are going to air in relative succession.

1. “Aon Rud Persanta” is the episode airing next week, and it is one that has been pretty difficult to translate. What we have heard from a few sources over the past few weeks is that this is a Galic translation, but there is still not that much in the way of information out there about it right now.

2. “You Are My Sunshine” is the episode that follows that one up, and based on our own knowledge of history, that is more or less based on a classic song about finding happiness in dark times. It’s an unusual title for this show, mostly because there are not really that many great times in which you can look for happiness during.

3. Finally, you turn to the finale. FX has announced that this pivotal and no doubt game-changing hour is going to be referred to as “A Mother’s Work,” and there are really only two people that this could be referring to in the context of the show: Gemma and Tara. These two have without a doubt worked very hard over the course of the season (and the series, even) to get what they want, but we may be finally at the culmination of everything with this episode. Expect the possibility of death … and heartache.

What do you think about some of these titles, and their possible meanings? Be sure to share your thoughts below, and we will have a full review coming soon for the episode tonight. (Check back to the site after it has aired.)
