‘The Walking Dead’ season 4, episode 5 preview: Hershel and ‘Dr. S’ have a conversation

More news -Out of all of the sneak peeks that AMC could have given us for “Internment,” the episode of “The Walking Dead” airing on Sunday night, aren’t you just as surprised as we are right now that the one that we are having the opportunity to watch here revolves around Hershel and Caleb of all people? Neither are original members of the cast, but more so than that, the latter has only been around for this season and very little is actually known about him.

This is not a good preview for Dr. S by any means, as Hershel really even thinks that he is acting worse off than he really is. Personally, his behavior is more of an indicator of just how bad almost everyone has it right now with this virus spreading so quickly. It is really thrusting the Hershel character into even more of a leadership role, and while he seems to be comfortable with it, we have to be honest here and say that this is not something that we would have originally predicted for him.

If we were to be completely and totally honest here, then we would admit that the Dr. S character has been pretty high on our list lately of people that we imagined would not be making it alive on the show for that much longer. With Carol being sent away, we don’t think that Robert Kirkman and Scott Gimple would be so cruel as to take away another one of the main characters from us. The likely targets are always those that have only been around a short amount of time, but still are at least memorable enough that you know who they are, and will therefore miss their presence if the show takes them away from you. Sad, we know, but a smart move on the producers part.

Tell us: Do you think that Caleb is a goner on the new episode of the show on Sunday night? Who else do you think could be joining him thanks to this disease? Share all of your predictions below! Meanwhile, click here to see some of the latest teasers regarding when we could actually see The Governor turn up on the show again.
