‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4, episode 14 preview: What’s next for Lucy Hale, Ian Harding?

The latest -During tonight’s “Pretty Little Liars” Halloween special, there is one thing that we clearly learned that will play a role in almost everything that comes up: Alison DiLaurentis is alive, and has been running around as Red Coat with the sole purpose of trying to get away from someone. As for who that someone is, here’s a quick hint: Their name happens to rhyme with “Mezra.”

So when season 4 returns on Tuesday, January 7, one of the major conflicts is going to be when Aria manages to find out just what is really going on with her teacher boyfriend. He may look like a nice guy, but there is something far more serious underneath the surface. As a matter of fact, what is perhaps the most impressive about him is that he has managed to do so much, while there are still so few people who actually are aware of who he is.

As for if some of the other Liars are going to pick up somewhat as to what this guy is really up to, they will … but in time. Don’t expect anything to pop up out of thin air where they figure it out, and we don’t imagine that any of the ladies are even really thinking about the possibility of Ezra as a killer or someone capable of doing horrible things. Right now, they are mostly focused on trying to figure out how to bring Alison back into the fold, and who she could be afraid of. There are no clues that it would be the teacher.

Thankfully, we still have plenty of episodes coming up early next year for everything to unravel, that way we can figure out what is going to happen to everyone. Even if Aria does learn about Ezra’s secret, is she really going to be able to do anything about it? Think of this as what happened to Toby on steroids.
