‘The X Factor’ USA: Fifth Harmony celebrates Simon Cowell’s ’87th’ birthday … with toilet paper

The latest -Fifth Harmony is obviously very grateful to Simon Cowell for the support that he has given them en route to becoming one of America’s favorite girl groups and they also have a pretty funny way of showing it.

In some photos that were posted over on TMZ, Normani, Ally, Dinah Jane, Camila, and Lauren from had a little bit of fun by toilet-papering the front of their former “X Factor” USA mentor’s California mansion on his birthday, and also wrote on it “happy 87th birthday Simon” on a giant banner. We know that personally, there really is nothing that probably eats away at the guy quite like being reminded continually of how old he really is. Therefore, there is really only one way to describe this in our mind: Perfect … and also very funny.

From a timing point of view, you also have to say that it is a pretty smart move for the ladies right now to get the word out about themselves. They are getting set to release their debut EP “Better Together,” and also will be going on tour with Demi Lovato early next year. Their lead single “Miss Movin’ On” is currently climbing the charts, and this furthers their reputation of being the fun, likable girl group that teenagers can look up to without their parents freaking out too much over it. If toilet papering a guy’s house, especially one who loves the publicity associated with it, is the worst thing that they are going to do, then this these are people that are pretty good role models for kids to look up to considering that many artists out there right now are openly flaunting drug use and other taboo habits.

Also for fun, take a look at Fifth Harmony featured in one of the latest behind-the-scenes tour videos with Cher Lloyd. You can read some more news about them over at the link here, and we’re hopefully going to learn soon about when they will be back on “The X Factor” again to perform.
