ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6, episode 3 preview: More Stana Katic – Nathan Fillion madness (video)

Who knew that seeing Castle and Beckett not work together would be so entertaining? This is the situation that we’re coming to on Monday night’s “Castle” season 6 episode, where “Need to Know” becomes a point of frustration.

The reason for that is pretty simple, since it is something that Rick really cannot handle: Being left in the dark when it comes to information. He’s a writer and therefore he loves being in control and someone who dictates most of the information shared to the public. He’s a creator! So to be shunned is like a dagger to his creative soul, even if Beckett is only keeping things from him because of her job, and the fear of getting arrested.

So in the latest new Nathan Fillion – Stana Katic scene from this episode, Rick tries a new strategy that we personally feel to be rather hilarious: He attempts to bribe her with a fancy cup of coffee. Sure, we all know that Beckett may be single-handedly keeping coffee houses in business, but a latte for information? It doesn’t look like that is going to happen for him.

But, remember that Rick is one persistent man. He’s not going to give up here simply because of being told “no,” and the next move that comes for him could manage to somehow be even more hilarious.
