‘American Horror Story: Coven’ spoilers: New photos of Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, full cast

“American Horror Story: Coven” has just released their official promotional photos for the new season, and there is one key thread that ties all of them together: They are really rather creepy. Specifically, it appears almost as though a good majority of the characters are either cursed in some way, wearing their proper witching gear, or seem to be swallowed up by a veil of darkness.

Evan Peters probably has the most normal one of the bunch, and that is why we’ve posted him first here. We wonder if he appreciates getting to play someone in frat guy Kyle this year who appears on the surface at least to be a little more normal than Kit Walker; but, who knows what sort of bizarre secrets he has underneath the surface?

As the sheer numbers of pictures attached to this article clearly show you, Ryan Murphy has yet again pulled together an enormous cast of people to take part in this show, including some newcomers to the series like Gabourey Sidibe and Peters’ real-life significant other Emma Roberts. One other interesting returning face in the mix here is Denis O’Hare (see the left), who comes across in his photo as almost completely unrecognizable in comparison to some of the other characters he has played. Isn’t this one of the joys of being a character actor? It certainly has to be.
