ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 spoilers: Stana Katic wants to see proper Castle – Beckett wedding

While Castle and Beckett may not be an ordinary couple by any means, that does not mean that the two are going to have some sort of bizarre wedding that does not give us the time to see the two characters actually plan something out. Instead, we are much more likely to see something that fits in a bit more with who the two characters are, but also gives us that ever-so-nice little slice of tradition.

Everyone of course wants to know about when a wedding on “Castle” could air, and what it would be like; but for now, it’s hard to really give too much scoop on that subject. Instead, what we have are Stana Katic’s comments to TVLine, where she explains some of what she would like to see in terms of planning for the big occasion:

“I think I’d like to see the lead-up to [the wedding]. I’d like to see the complications of putting two families and all of their opinions together in one event. I think weddings are fabulous fodder for comedy, so I’d very much like to see that!”

What also makes that interesting is that there is so much potential for there to be new characters and guest stars than what we have seen before. We’re sure that Castle’s extended family has to be somewhat crazy given what we have seen of it so far; plus, we are still hoping that James Brolin will turn up in time and actually introduce himself to more of the world that has been established already.
