‘The Good Wife’ season 5 premiere: See Julianna Margulies, Chris Noth have fun (video)

When you think about a show like “The Good Wife,” especially when it comes to a pair of characters like Alicia and Peter, “fun” is probably not going to be one of the first words that you want to use to describe them. We totally get that, mostly because this is not exactly a happy-go-lucky bunch of characters that you see every week.

With that being said, though, this is a group that looks to have a ton of fun when the cameras are not rolling, and they are merely relaxing behind the scenes. Take, for example, the video below, which is designed to be at least a semi-serious way for Julianna Margulies, Chris Noth, and Alan Cumming to promote the show. Instead, what it basically shows is an opportunity to watch Alan and Chris make faces while Julianna tries to deliver the message.

Given the amount of time that some of these actors do spend on set, we certainly do understand that there is a need for them to be silly from time to time. If they did not get a couple of laughs in here and there, we have a feeling that they would simply go insane. There are long hours associated with doing 22 episodes of a show a year, especially one that is as intricate and thought-out as this one is.
