‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ season 6: NeNe Leakes, cast returns on November 3

Sunday, November 3 is going to be a big one for Bravo fans. Why? That’s when one of the most-popular entries in “The Real Housewives” franchise is going to be back with the show set in Atlanta. There will be drama, there will be breakups, and there will also be … babies? Yep, you better believe it. This could end up being the craziest season ever when it comes to all that is going on in these ladies’ lives.

We start here first of all with NeNe Leakes, who is the undisputed star of the show in our books and this time around she’s in a little bit of a different position than in the past. While she’s still a TV star, “The New Normal” was canceled earlier this year, and now her acting has been scaled back to just the occasional appearance on another Ryan Murphy show in “Glee.” In the trailer below, she also gets rather upset when a certain someone tries to tell her just how she should live her life … which, as you can assume, is something that she does not exactly appreciate being told. NeNe is not really one to accept feedback.

The other notable moment of the trailer comes via Porsha Stewart, who has to come to terms with the fact that her husband Kordell was not in love with her in the same way that she was hoping. The divorce rate for many of the women in this franchise is tragically high, but it does at least provide for some interesting storylines for the actual show itself. That is uncomfortable to write, but it’s been proven time and time again that Bravo has no problem making these into major story arcs.
