‘Suits’ season 3, episode 11 preview: The Mike Ross – Louis Litt battle heats up

Clearly, Louis Litt finding out the truth (at least possibly) about Mike Ross not going to Harvard is going to have some major ramifications. Following the summer finale for “Suits” that aired last night, USA put out a new promo that gives us a sense as to some of the stories that are going to be coming up.

While there are some plotlines (Rachel and Mike trying to be honest with each other, Harvey learning the trouble that comes with hiring someone without telling Jessica about it) that make appearances in the promo, to us it is pretty clear as to what the producers want to clue us into: Mike is in trouble. Now that Louis has caught onto something that is potentially a problem, he realizes that he may have leverage. This is not something that he is going to let go of very easily.

The only good news that we imagine here for Mike is that we are not exactly talking about a man here that is altogether kind and virtuous. Louis is as seedy an attorney at times as they come. He may be willing to sit on the Mike information and not disclose it to anyone, but the problem with that is simply that it would come at a price. Mike would just have to figure out is if this is something that he would be willing to go for, or if there is another way to satisfy Louis and not cause any trouble for himself.
