‘Suits’ season 3 spoilers: Sarah Rafferty on surprising moments, cliffhanger in summer finale

Are you ready for the “Suits” summer finale? This one is going to be an emotional one, as the writers try and tie together everything that took place over the course of this crazy summer season. We have the split from Darby, a lawsuit, hookups, breakups, and a flashback episode that may just be one of our favorites of the entire series.

But while you would be right to expect drama in the upcoming episode Tuesday night entitled “Stay,” there may also be a few touching, humorous moments thrown in here as well. Just check out what Sarah Raffrety (Donna) had to say to Entertainment Weekly, including some comments suggesting that there is in fact going to be a cliffhanger:

“I can tell you there are some surprising, warm moments, but just when you’re sinking into that great feeling of warm fuzziness, you’re kind of slammed with a bit of a revelation that you’re going to have to wait to find out [more] about in the winter premiere.”

This winter premiere is not going to be airing until January, so it is pretty fair to say that you will be waiting for quite a long time to figure out what happens. Rafferty does at least tease that there will be some closure between herself and Stephen this week, which is probably necessary so that she can move on to the next phase of her life (which should excite a certain percentage of shippers out there).
