‘The Good Wife’ season 5 spoilers: ‘Vegas’ alum Jason O’Mara signs up for arc

The latest -

It really did not take Jason O’Mara very long at all to find a new part on CBS following his time on “Vegas” last year. The actor has now officially joined a show in “The Good Wife” that has established itself rather well over the past few years for booking some rather high-profile guest stars. Just ask Michael J. Fox, Carrie Preston, Martha Plimpton, Maura Tierney, Nathan Lane, and a number of other people that we could list here.

So who is O’Mara going to play on the show this year? According to a new report from Deadline,  the actor will take on the role of Colin, an Irish attorney that has a ton of experience when it comes to fighting organized crime and gang violence. Now, he looks to be lending some of his skills to Lockhart Gardner.

It is pretty obvious that the firm is going to need pretty much any help that it can get based on what happened at the end of last season. They are no longer going to have any assistance from the likes of Cary and Alicia, who made the move to start their own firm, and take a ton of valuable experience along with them. This is going to be a year of transition on the show, and it will be very interesting to see how this unfolds starting on Sunday, September 29.
