Before ‘Nikita’ season 4, check out Maggie Q on ‘Whose Line Is It Anyway?’ (video)

The CW is definitely keeping us waiting when it comes to the final six episodes of “Nikita.” There is still no official premiere date announced for the show, and while we expect it to be almost a December / January series to bridge the gap between some other shows, we will have more news on that when it becomes available.

Instead, what we have for you today is a video preview from Tuesday night’s all-new installment of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”, which is going to feature Maggie Q trying to get her funny on with Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie, and Wayne Brady. We anticipate there being some pretty hilarious moments thrown in here, given that this is what we have seen from the show so far this year. Plus, we like that it is an opportunity for Maggie to do something very different beyond what we are used to her doing on the network. (Applause for The CW for the cross-promotion here.)

Now when it comes to the actual improv show itself, we’re still a little bit torn over this season. While we both love and appreciate that there has been such an effort made to incorporate familiar games, we don’t know why there are some and not others. The lack of hoedowns / Irish drinking songs has been somewhat distressing, and we could do with less of the Sideways Screen game that has been introduced. (The novelty on it wears off quickly.)
