‘NCIS’ season 11 notes: A Michael Weatherly photo; a Pauley Perrette interview

More news -Since we have a couple of “NCIS”-related mini-stories to help push you through to this weekend, let’s get started right away with a chance to see what Pauley Perrette and Brian Dietzen each had to say about the new season recently in a CBS interview.

Specifically, Pauley and Brian start things off by talking a little bit about last season, and how they were actually surprised to see what happened at the end when watching with series boss Gary Glasberg. What’s the reason for that? Basically, the final minutes of the episode were so sacred, even they were not allowed to see it in advance. From there, the talk drifts more into the new season, and we love both the off-screen friendship here along with Pauley’s “I love my job” shirt. Isn’t it always nice to see people getting along both at work and away from the set?

Take a look -As for Michael Weatherly, he has also recently taken part in a publicity shoot, tweeting the attached photo here along with saying that he is in the process of making some promos for the network. These are all the little things that go into being on a CBS show; the network is obviously well aware that “NCIS” is their most-watched series and a major commodity, so they are of course going to use it in almost every way that they possibly can.

The new season starts on Tuesday, September 24, and there will hopefully be some actual promos showing new footage up on the network soon. Also, we’re still pulling for all of you Time Warner customers out there in some major cities who don’t have the service; this has already dinged the ratings for some of the shows, and we don’t want to see that prolong itself into the start of the season.
