ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6: Stana Katic and a peek behind the scenes

While many ABC shows have been spending their time this afternoon speaking out at TCA, the cast and crew of “Castle” are doing something else entirely: Working on scenes for the rest of their sixth season.

The photo here was posted by the show’s A-camera dolly grip Christopher Brow on Twitter, and it features Stana Katic and some other crew members hard at work. For those of you desperate seeking a spoiler out of this, bad news: This photo does not really give anything away. It’s instead just a look at the variety of different things that go into bringing a TV show to life. It’s a much more complicated process than you would imagine at first, especially when it comes to just how many people are working behind the scenes in order to make production a success.

As for what is going to transpire with Katic’s Kate Beckett, much of it is still dependent on whether or not she ends up taking the DC job, and if she does get engaged to Nathan Fillion’s Rick. We know that she will at least deal with some more Washington personalities in the near future, as she continues to try and figure out if she belongs working in a new city on harder cases, or in New York City with the people she already knows and loves.
