‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ preview: Kathy Wakile as cupid?

We’ve already shown you the potentially-dramatic clip from this week’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” episode featuring Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice, so why not take a look at something a little bit different now? In the video below, you can take a look at a very different sort of scene from Sunday night’s new episode, and one that revolves almost fully around Kathy Wakile and Melissa’s attempts to find Rosie love.

There are so many moments of comedy in here that we don’t know where to start, including the fact that an explanation was needed for “DTF,” which we clearly interpret as someone who was not altogether interested in watching “Jersey Shore” when it was on the air. Also, you have in here the definition of “half lesbian” (apparently, that is a thing), and also some moments that show that Rosie is looking for something that is probably more serious than what anyone at this mixer that Kathy has tried to bring her to wants to give.

Ultimately, watching videos like this almost makes us pine to see Rosie’s status on the show upped somewhat, only because she is the sort of person that you don’t see very often within this world: An open lesbian in a community that often is defined only as  stereotypes, and there are not many outlets out there to see how the LGBT community get out and date save for some niche shows here and there.
