‘The Voice’ UK: Will Tom Jones, will.i.am return for more?

The VoiceThe debate continues to rage on when it comes to “The Voice” UK: Will season 3 consist of an entirely new panel? The BBC One series has already lost both Jessie J and Danny O’Donoghue, who has each decided that they want to return to performing full-time. But will they also lose both Sir Tom Jones and will.i.am from the mix moving forward? As of right now, that appears to be somewhat up in the air.

According to some reports, neither party has actually decided whether or not they will come back, though Tom is reportedly in talks with the network about being back for more. Will reportedly gave all of his most-recent salary to charity, and was basically paying to be a part of the show courtesy of his hotel and travel expenses to be in the UK for the time needed.

Do we expect to see the BBC push hard to keep these two guys around? Definitely, especially when you consider that you want there to be at least a certain level of continuity on the show from one season to the next. Having a completely new group of people can be jarring, and we also believe that you do not want to completely lose someone like will.i.am, who is really just about as entertaining as they come in between his musical talents and his random sensibility. He’s a unique guy, and that can be hard to replace.

What do you think: Should both Tom and Will come back for more of “The Voice” UK? We want to hear some of your thoughts with a comment below, and you can read a little bit more news concerning Danny’s departure by heading on over to the link here.
